Hello my lovelies! I feel so urban right now haha, sitting in a coffee shop, drinking a matcha latte and doing some life admin. Its such a beautiful day, I just had to get out. Although I didn’t make it very far (read bakery across the road) The weather outside really reminds me of a typical spring day in Bergen. Rain and sunshine all at once. The only time its ok to wear sunglasses while carrying your umbrella. Maybe I’ll see the end of a rainbow and win a pot of gold!
Matcha lattes are still kinda a new thing in London, I’ve only found two places that make a decent cup. Laveli’s on Churchfield Road in Acton and a coffeeshop on Portobello Road across from Starbucks. (Sorry I cant remember the name), its basically green tea made with steamed milk instead of water. YUMMY! However I have found some recipes on making it at home, so watch this space! Right, I better get back to my life admin before I’m off to the gym to work off my tasty treats from today, hope you are all having a fabulous day!
