Happy Tuesday lovelies! Hope you all had a lovely weekend 🙂 I spent the weekend with the boyfriend, enjoying Richmond Park and eating some really good food. A perfect weekend in other words! Lots of things are happening on the blog right now, and my first step to my self-improvement before turning the BIG 30 has started. In case you missed it, last Thursday I was live on Facebook with London Real Skin at The London Skin and Hair Clinic to try out a relatively new UK skin treatment called Kleresca® Skin Rejuvenation. You can see a recap of it here, but I will also be posting a youtube video about it, so keep your eyes peeled! There is so much I want to share with you about this experience, so I am dividing it into steps. This post is an introduction to Kleresca® Skin Rejuvenation!
January 2018
I feel so cheesy writing that title but its true. In exactly 1 month I turn 30. 3.0, the big 3OH and taking care of my skin has become my number 1 priority in terms of taking care of myself. Over the years I have been told some obscene skincare advice, some downright lies that would have done more harm than good had I listened to them.
We are finally here people – the first food post of 2018 and it’s a veggie one! Can you believe it?! I can! I really regret not posting this before, because it’s just so tasty but its also a perfect January recipe. Cheap, healthy and perfect for those of you doing veganuary! It really is the best ever chickpea wrap – middle eastern style!
Drape me in velvet and call it WEDNESDAY!! Yes, I am a back to starting my blog posts with reminding you of what day of the week it is. Why change something that works? This might come as a slight shock to you but I can’t wait for January to be over! I honestly can’t deal with all the sales temptations. I don’t really have an issue with dry January, or going vegan or attempting to give up sugar but the one thing I really struggle with is the sales. It’s PURE TORTURE!
If the start of a new year isn’t a good excuse for a new skincare routine, I don’t know what is! Although I will be honest here, I started using these way back in 2017 when my skin decided I needed to get reminded of what it was like to be a teenager again. It’s 2018 people! New year – New winter skincare routine!
Hey Sasspots and welcome to the very first post of 2018! I hope every one of you had a GREAT NYE. Before we resume with our regular posting schedule on Friday (you can read more about the schedule here) I just wanted to drop by and say Hey! If you read my last blog post you’ll know I am pretty happy to see the end of 2017 and extremely happy to kick start the new year. There are great things in store for this year! I wasn’t really in the mood to set any new years resolutions but I figured that setting some 2018 Goals wouldn’t hurt 🙂
So here are 8 goals I have for 2018!
